Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process

  3. Carefully pack the item to avoid damage during transit.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within [5–7] business days.
  • If the item is damaged, used, or not in original condition, only a partial refund may be granted or the refund may be denied.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at info@bharatsalescorp.com with details and images of the issue.

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Downloadable software or digital products (if applicable)
